Donating Objects
The Ken Hawley Collection Trust welcomes offers of donations which will add to our collection. If you do wish to donate an object to the collection then a phone call or an email will help us, and may save you a journey.
You will be given a receipt for anything offered to us - this will give our specialists time to assess whether we would like to acquire it for the collection or how else we can use it. The receipt will give you options to choose from if we decide not to add it to the collection, including returning the object to you.
Sharing Knowledge
Do you have any information, photographs, books, catalogues, archives, film or video about Sheffield tool manufacturers or workshops? We have an extensive archive and are always keen to add to it. Most items such as photographs, film or video can be copied and the original safely returned to you. Again, a phone call or email will greatly help us.
